TRX newbie

About TRX I heard for the first time about three years ago.. In our country it was novelty, so you can imagine how it looks like when they came up with this new workout. It was impossible to get there. All courses were fully occupied every day. Madness.. To be honest I was curious too but I thought I am not strong enough so I automatically changed my mind to not try it at all. I thought I should try it until I will be prepared...such a dumb thinking, right!:-D

So today is my day!

I don't think I am stronger or more prepared but I don't care anymore. I know I want to try it and I know it will be fun! My current training is that I go regularly to circuit training once a week and I also run about 5 to 10 km 2-3 times a week. Sometimes I do some yoga, just to stretch my muscles.
 
My goal for this year is to TONE my body UP. I don't see that as a new year's resolution I just love to exercise!:-)

My everyday motto:
Do what you love and do it for yourself!

So If you want to try something new, go for it!
